GreenVCI® GVR100 is a volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) additive masterbatch based on low-density polyethylene (LDPE) that is used to manufacture VCI film, VCI stretch film, and VCI woven film. To achieve optimal results, thoroughly mix GVR100 with LDPE masterbatch before blown extrusion. The recommended blown extrusion temperature is 160-170 °C for stable VCI impregnation, however, GVR100 can withstand extrusion coating and casting production temperature up to 290 °C.
