To achieve optimal results, thoroughly mix GVR100 with LDPE masterbatch before blown extrusion. The recommended blown extrusion temperature is 160-170 °C for stable VCI impregnation, however, GVR100 can withstand extrusion coating and casting production temperature up to 290 °C.
